The Advance Behavioral Health Prevention California (ABHPC) project is funded by the Department of Health Care Services (DHCS). ABHPC is led by the Center for Applied Research Solutions (CARS) with support from expert consultants and partners to deliver comprehensive training and consultation services to the Substance use Disorder (SUD) prevention field since 2003.
